11 Months Old in a New State | Willamette Valley, Oregon Family Photographer

I received an email from Sirena a few months ago. Her family was moving to Oregon from New York and she was hoping to get her lil dude’s 11 month milestone photo’s booked for after they moved—and she picked me! You’d think that after this many years, I would get used to clients finding and booking me, but alas—I’m always surprised and flattered.

As we got closer to the picked date, we hadn’t landed on a location. I drove around a bit looking for some fall colors but they just hadn’t peaked yet or really started to show. We landed on Basket Slough for our session for the views and we were not disappointed. We spent most of our time on the hill, then walking up the hill and finished just in time for an epic sunset. We got some great shots, some beautiful views, and even a whole bunch of herons flying right over us! It was just a great night.

Absolutely love getting to have so many familiar faces on my blog. The third in her family to have senior photo’s completed by me—what an honor! She has grown into such a pretty, young lady. Her hair is absolutely beautiful, and her eyes are just dreamy! She started her senior year of High School this fall. Congrats, E! Thanks for enjoying such a BEAUTIFUL sunset at Riverfront Park with me. It was breathtaking!
